Your application must also include a copy of your photo ID (usually a driver’s license) and two proofs of employment (such as copies of two pay stubs or pay checks). The application provides for scanned images of these items to be dragged and dropped to appropriate boxes on the application form, or you may print and mail copies of these items to us (at the address above) or bring them to our office.
The application process generally only takes 1-2 business days. It's important to be sure that the application is filled out as completely and accurately as possible to avoid delays.
