Here are Some Common Questions

Asked by Prospective Tenants:

1.  Do you require an application from prospective tenants?

We do. An online application can be found here.

2.  How long does it take to process the application?

The process generally only takes 1-2 business days. It’s important to be sure that the application is filled out as completely and accurately as possible to avoid delays.

3.  Is there an application fee?

Yes. The application fee is $25.

4.  Are pets allowed?

That depends on the owner of the individual property – many do allow pets. There may be an extra deposit required, and it may or may not be refundable – again, depending on the owner of the property. Be sure to inquire about the pet policy for the property you are interested in.

5.  Can the landlord enter the property?

The landlord can enter the property with 24 hours notice to the tenant or in the event of a health or safety emergency.

6.  Can the rent be raised during the term of the lease?

No. Unless the lease states otherwise, you are guaranteed the agreed upon rent for the term of the lease.
